We do not have a minumum weight but we have a fixed rate for shipment from 1kgs -9kgs

We provide “free” cargo collection within Bow, Hackney, Clapton, Homerton, Bethnal Green, Charlton, Greenwich, Plumstead, Woolwich, Erith, Thamesmead. Collection from other parts of the UK & Europe are charged at a fee. Please contact us for more information about collection charges

Prices quoted or obtained on our website are based on shipment or freight of personal effects. Shipment classed as commercial at destination port is subject to full duty applicable or imposed by destination authority/custom. Such duty will be passed to consignee/consignor whichever is applicable.

We load our containers twice a month with durations of 6-10weeks from the sailing date

Volumetric weight is all to do with the amount of space an object occupies on an aircraft. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item will usually occupy more volume in comparison to its actual weight We calculate Volumetric weight for each items individually as well as combined or if we receive them on a pallet, we will measure the pallet to ascertain its volume as well as weight. Length x Width x Height in centimeters) divided by 5000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms What next? Once the Dead weight and Volumetric weight has been calculated, the two values are then compared to establish which is greater, the higher weight of the two is then used to calculate the shipment cost, also known as CHARGEABLE WEIGHT

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) is a Nigeriangovernment agency under the Federal Ministry of Health, that is responsible for regulating and controlling the manufacture, importation, exportation, advertisement, distribution, sale and use of food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, chemicals and packaged water NAFDAC can be challenging but we have specialist personnel that can help us to speed up the process.Charges vary from item to item and also dependent on the quantities.

Customers are ultimately responsible for insuring any consignment being sent on any of our services (Air or Sea). D & K Freight Services or any of it’s agent does not provide insurance for items being shipped or air freighted. The customer must arrange (if required) to insure all consignment being shipped/sent.
